Pu Neng’s standard Vanadium Redox Battery Energy Storage System (VRB-ESS®) power module is rated at 10kW for our kW-Class product, and 250 kW for our MW-Class systems. These power modules are combined with electrolyte, storage tanks and power conversion systems (PCS) to form systems from 10 kW / 40 kWh to 250 MW / 1 GWh.
Based on a 10kW stack building block, these systems are typically deployed at remote telecom, community or mine sites, integrating wind and solar power with 8 hours or more of energy storage.
